- Vehicle Accidents: We represent people who were injured in vehicle accidents caused by the negligence of others. Accidents can happen on major highways, local streets, back roads, sidewalks, private property, and in parking lots. - Personal Injury: These cases include a wide range of preventable accidents that cause injuries and deaths. They can be in a retail store, a public space, a friend’s house, or on a sidewalk. They can cause traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, broken bones, soft issue injuries and chronic back problems. Sometimes defective medical devices are implanted that don’t work as advertised and will only make one’s life worse. - Product Liability: We assume the products and objects that surround us are safe to use. That’s not always the case. This type of lawsuit involves property damage, injuries or deaths caused by a defective product.
